Are you certain that my financial details are safe?

Butchers Blocks have access to your financial details and we do not store them for future orders.

When do you debit my account for payment?

For payments by credit or debit card, payment will not be debited from your account until immediately prior to dispatching the goods.

After I have placed my order, how long before I receive it?

All our butchers blocks our dispatched direct from our supplier in Bristol. Orders are normally delivered in 5 -7 working days. You will normally be contacted a couple of days before delivery to arrange a convenient time to you and if there are any specific delivery instructions.

What do I do if the products fail to arrive after 14 days from notification of despatch?

Please contact us by e-mail or phone (see "Contact Us") and we will investigate with the carrier. You must do this immediately after the 14 days otherwise we cannot claim from our carrier and we shall be unable to pass this reimbursement to you.
